Len Lacy serves as the President of Zoetic Refrigerants, and in this role oversees the strategic direction of this business unit, including manufacturing, sale, and distribution of Zoetic Refrigerant products and solutions. Len has led several successful manufacturing companies during his tenure, specifically designing and operating facilities in the oil and gas industry. He is driven to improve manufacturing quality and processes as an expert in quality management and has earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in addition to a Mechanical Engineering degree and MBA.
